When I first set up my bridal boudoir photography company in 2002 the brides that I was photographing had a huge impact on me.
They’d come into the studio saying, “my partner loves to see me in this lingerie” or, “he /she loves my body”, and it really made me reflect on my own relationship at the time, made me see that there was a gap.
Since then, I have found love, I got remarried, and life for me has been amazing.
I still enjoy photographing brides in the studio, helping them to create their wedding gift and hearing them enthuse about how their partner loves to see them in this and see them in that is something that I can now relate to.
So I just want to say, thank you to all the brides over the years who’ve helped me to realize what love looks like, what a healthy, loving relationship looks like.
