Here’s one of my favourite prep tips after photographing 64 brides already this year…
🪵 Dry body brushing.
Brush your body all over before your shower – arms, legs, tummy, chest, elbows, knees, even your feet. Then shower, apply a generous amount of body oil or moisturiser, and let it soak in naturally.
The result? Beautifully hydrated, polished-looking skin that photographs so much more smoothly.
After 24 years of photographing brides, it’s one of the simplest ways to help you look and feel your absolute best.
