When we change the filter on how we see our body, everything in our life can shift. So many of us are used to seeing our bodies through harsh angles, bad lighting, or the critical lens in our own minds. But when you step into my studio you’ll see yourself through the lens of love, and something magical happens.
When we realise that it’s okay to be in a softer, curvier, wobblier, lived-in body, and that our bodies are our beloved life vehicle, carrying every story we’ve lived, and that it deserves CELEBRATION, not shame our lives improve!! Why? Because we’ll bring that sparkle into every area of our lives. Into every room we walk into.
It’s about how we show up in life. Yes, even the confident, boardroom-owning, designer-suit-wearing women still face that harsh inner voice in the mirror at night. But we don’t have to listen to that voice anymore. We can choose. We can choose to see our body through the lens of love by shifting the way we think about it. See it.
In the For Your Eyes Only Portraits studio, I help women reconnect with their feminine, powerful, authentic selves. It’s immersive. Creative. Transformative. My studio is a space where you get to step out of your comfort zone safely and boldly.
