✨ Bring a white shirt to your boudoir shoot… it’s a classic! ✨
There’s something timeless about an oversized white shirt — effortless, soft, and undeniably sensual. It tells a story of morning light, bare skin, and quiet confidence. Whether it’s buttoned just so, falling off one shoulder, or draped open as you lounge on the bed, this simple piece creates stunning variety in your gallery.
As a boudoir photographer, I advise my clients: you don’t need complicated outfits to look incredible — you just need you, and a few pieces that feel natural and comfortable. The white shirt works for every body type, every vibe, every mood. Pair it with your favourite lingerie set, nothing at all underneath, or even jeans for a soft “Sunday morning” feel.
Your boudoir session is all about you feeling powerful and at ease in your own skin. The white shirt just helps tell that story in the simplest, most elegant way.

When those critical thoughts creep in — the ones that whisper “I’m not enough” or “I can’t do this” I’ve learned a great technique for batting them away.

When those critical thoughts creep in — the ones that whisper “I’m not enough” or “I can’t do this” I’ve learned a great technique for batting them away.
This simple yet powerful technique was something my dear friend @Mandhobbins taught me after I shared how badly I was affected by self doubt & self criticism. 💛
This wise dolphin friend told me, “When you feel insecure, anxious, doubtful, or self-critical, imagine those feelings as passengers in your car. The important thing to remember is — you’re the one behind the wheel. Say “I see you, but I’m driving, you can sit quietly in the back!”
And honestly, it’s helped in more ways than I can count.
Ladies (and truly, everyone) — we have the power to choose the universe in our own minds. 🌌
We can choose the thought pathways we travel down.
We can notice the negative ones, take a breath, and gently take the wheel.
None of us are perfect.
We all have moments of uncertainty, doubt, and self-criticism — it’s part of being human. But what matters most is what we do with those moments, how we steer out of them – isn’t it?
Next time you find yourself thinking self-critical thoughts, try this:
Picture yourself in that car again.
See those thoughts as passengers — not the driver.
Tell them kindly but firmly: “Thanks for your input, but I’ve got this.”
Because you do. You always have. 💫
➡️ Try this technique today and let me know how it feels for you.
Have a beautiful day,
